HMAC-signed event delivery for call lifecycle and tool results.
Verification
Each payload includes X-Shris-Timestamp and X-Shris-Signature (HMAC-SHA256 of timestamp.payload). Replay window is 5 minutes.
Retries
2xx acknowledges. Non-2xx retries with exponential backoff for 24 hours, then dead-letters to the console.
