Terms of Service

Services

Shris AI provides conversational voice agents, telephony orchestration, speech stack processing, and system integrations. Production telephony requires a signed order form, carrier or CPaaS credentials supplied by the customer, and completed DLT / DND configuration for Indian traffic.

Acceptable use

You must not use the platform for unsolicited commercial communication that violates TRAI, DND, or DLT rules; for impersonation without AI disclosure; or to process data beyond the purposes in your DPDP notice. Simulated console calls in /app do not place PSTN traffic.

Pricing

Connected conversation minutes are billed per the pricing page or custom enterprise contract. Unanswered rings are not billed on standard plans.

Liability

The marketing website and local simulators are provided as-is. Production SLAs (99.9% platform / 99.95% telephony interconnect) apply only under an executed enterprise agreement.
