Topology
INGRESS (webhook/SIP) → Kafka-style priority queue → Shris Engine workers (ASR+NLU+TTS) → ACTION (CRM/calendar/WhatsApp) → FAILSAFE (human transfer). Workers are stateless Kubernetes nodes scaled on queue depth.
